These rules apply to processing of personal data that we obtain from you directly through (i) the completion of a contact form, (ii) feedback, as well as (iii) personal data that you provide us by phone or by email using contact data published on this website.

For the purposes specified below in paragraph 4 of these rules, it is necessary to process personal data about individuals who are interested in renting non-residential (office or business) premises in our real estate projects, about individuals that are interested in being informed about current offers concerning our real estate projects and about individuals that we want to address in order to carry out our marketing activities. However, we process the collected personal data in accordance with the principle of minimisation of processing of personal data enshrined in the GDPR, therefore we process it only to the extent necessary and as concerns the following data: first name and surname, email address and telephone number.
Subject to our processing of personal data are not special categories of personal data pursuant to the GDPR.
It is very important that your personal data processed by us are true and up to date. Please inform us in case your personal data has been changed during the processing.
4. Purposes for which we process your personal data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
for communication with you, providing reaction or feedback to an interest showed or an initiative submitted by you through one of the functionalities of this website or using the contact data indicated on this website;
for marketing purposes and carrying out of our marketing activities that comply with the law and include the provision of information about our real estate portfolio as well as for sending newsletters; and

5. Legal basis for the processing your personal data
Processing of your personal data for the purposes described in paragraph 4 letter a) above (i.e. communication on the basis of an interest showed by you) and for the purposes described in paragraph 4 letter b) (i.e. our marketing activities) is based on our legitimate interest (i) in active communication with individuals that show interest in renting immovable property from our real estate portfolio and (ii) in effective marketing support and promotion of our business activities and offers from our real estate portfolio. Even though a legal basis of processing of your personal data are our legitimate interests, we always respect your rights and interests and prefer them to our interests.
In case of processing of personal data for the purpose of administration and protection of this website, a legal basis for processing of personal data is a legitimate interest in securing the provision of IT services and in maintaining safety.
Processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest arise under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. However, you are anytime entitled to object to this processing of your personal data. 6. Period of processing of your personal data
We will keep your personal data for as long as will be necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we obtained them. The period of processing of your personal data is 3 years from the day of their collection. We regularly check the running of the period of processing of personal data and in case of its expiration we will end the processing of personal data and delete or destruct the personal data.
7. Sharing of your personal data with third parties
Processing of your personal data in line with the purposes of processing specified in these rules occurs also through third persons.
Such third persons include providers of services used by us in order to enable us to process your personal data for the purposes pursuant to these rules. In particular, these involve services associated with technical and software support and administration of marketing and sales activities of the Controller and companies through which the Controller performs development and construction activities and leases immovable property as part of individual real estate projects. The third person means also the company SKY PARK OFFICES II s. r. o., having its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 25, 851 01 Bratislava - city district Petržalka, Identification No.: 51 468 107 and the company SKY PARK OFFICES s.r.o., having its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 25, 851 01 Bratislava, Identification No.: 50 746 529, through which the Controller performs development and construction activities and leases immovable property as part of the project SKY PARK, as well as the company Penta Investments, s. r. o., having its registered office at Digital Park II, Einsteinova 25, 851 01 Bratislava, Identification No.: 47 258 896. The Controller has concluded with the sub-processors agreements on the processing of personal data.
Based on an agreement with the company SKY PARK OFFICES s.r.o., the company providing web support services and marketing communication is also involved in processing of your personal data as a sub-processor.
Both the processors and sub-processors must process your personal data exclusively for the purposes as described in these rules. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties for the purpose of their independent use or processing beyond the purposes pursuant to the present rules.
8. International transfer of your personal data
Your personal data are not transferred to other countries outside the European Union. A software system, in which your personal data are processed on the basis of a license agreement between the Controller and a provider of the software system, is saved on servers of the provider of this system with the seat in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
