The fourth tower is designed by Zaha Hadid, world class architects who designed existing SKY PARK towers.
The construction of the fourth residential tower started in spring 2021 and is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025. Its 31 above-ground storeys will bring a further 260 apartments to SKY PARK, enriching the development and its existing three towers.
SKY PARK was designed to accommodate every need of the community, whether for business or recreation. It offers multiple restaurants, canteens, coffee shops, several beauticians, and an art gallery.
Over 40,000 square metres of lush greenery surrounds SKY PARK. This biodiverse, environmentally friendly, and aesthetically pleasing landscape makes the area an ideal place for both business meetings or outings with friends.
This historically important former heating plant was designed by the father of modern architecture in Slovakia, Dušan Jurkovič.
Now fully reconstructed, it serves as a gallery, restaurant, and unique coworking space, as well as the headquarters of Alto Real Estate. It has won the top prize in the Building of the Year Awards.
Offering over 31,000 square metres of office space, these high-tech premises were designed by Vietzke & Borstelmann Architects in accordance with the principles of well-being and sustainability. It is no surprise that the facility has been awarded the LEED Gold certificate of sustainability.
The office layouts allow for creative customisation, which helped one of our tenants win the Office of the Year Award.
With a height of almost 120 meters and a unique appearance, the SKY PARK Tower will be one of the newest landmarks in Bratislava and the crown of the SKY PARK project. This iconic building will be Zaha Hadid's last project in Slovakia.
